    出海食午飯

    白沙灣遊艇會
    已預先通知工作人員將快艇吊下水中待用
    稍候片刻便已順利出發
    很快便經過半月灣沙灘
    閒日的半月灣杳無人跡
    半月灣是以水清沙幼聞名
    到達目的地「西貢坳西洲魚排」
    此處專供遊客品嚐海上鮮
    附近不少魚排被私人買來作派對消閒用
    朋友亦有意買個魚排來玩玩
    排主介紹一個菜式叫「腸粉蟹」。正！
    品嚐完魚排風味便預備回程
    轉眼便回到白沙灣碼頭
    同場加影：朋友較早一天的釣魚樂
    大魚不是時常釣到‥‥
    何況是五個人共釣獲三十四條
    處理這批魚獲也不容易，好彩他有好友是開餐館
    由職業廚師劏魚亦劏到手軟，弄到片地魚鱗。
    大家先來品嚐這些較細條的海上鮮。嘩‥好鮮味呀！
